Mashujaa Day celebrations are currently in progress as various leaders assemble at Wang'uru Stadium in Kirinyaga county. This is a celebration which many Kenyans have been waiting for long. As this happens, we had all the aspiring presidential candidates among several other leaders arriving at the grounds for celebrations.
President Uhuru made his arrival after all the leaders had arrived. He arrived on a military vehicle and proceeded to podium. At the podium, President Uhuru did the unexpected because of the way he greeted DP Ruto. The two greeted each other warmly as if there is no political hatred prevailing between them.

According to the captured video, President Uhuru can be seen bowing down to Uhuru before they hugged each other warmly. This sent a sign of hope and unity to Kenyans. It's to too unfortunate that leaders make people disagree on ground but the leaders themselves are personally United in person.
