Provisional Results At 12 AM

According to the most recent provisional results, Kenya Kwanza leader and Deputy President Hon. William Samoei Ruto is in second place with 48.92 percent of the vote, followed by former prime minister Hon. Raila Odinga of Azimio La Umoja One Kenya with 50.40 percent. Prof. George Wajackoyah of the Root party is in the lead with 0.44 percent of the vote, and Hon. David Mwaure, the leader of the Agano party, is in fourth place with 0.23 percent.

This comes after NTV Kenya reports that as of 12:00 a.m Raila Odinga had 4,543,497 votes or 50.4 percent of the vote ahead of opposition leader William Samoei Ruto who according to the most recent poll had 4,410,383 votes or 48.92 percent of the vote a head of the final release of the results.

David Wahiga Mwaure, the presidential candidate for the Safina Party, received 39,976 votes, or 0.44 percent, while Professor George Wajackoya, the presidential candidate for the Roots Party, received 20921 votes, or 0.23 percent, according to many media outlets around the country at that time.
