Azimio La Umoja Presidential Candidate has over the past few weeks amidst risen political temperatures, stirred remarks from his opponents over his hotel meetings. The former prime minister has greatly laid his emphasis on making alliances with regional kingpins unlike his United Democratic Alliance (UDA) rival deputy president William Samoei Ruto, who is actively involved on ground campaigns at the various diverse regions. At one point during his rally in Machakos county, Ruto condemned the former prime minister for holding meetings with 'conmen' and hoping to win the youths' support with handouts.
Today the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party head however, has laid low not to respond to such and continue with his strategic meetings. Today he was at the Safari Park Hotel together with Mouth Kenya Foundation heads hosting community leaders from the Maa community.
