As a section of Kenyans celebrate the victory of William Ruto in the presidential race, there are others that have been unhappy with the results. During the campaigns, some cabinet secretaries took sides and publicly endorsed Raila Odinga as the best candidate to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta. These cabinet secretaries expressed their hatred for William Ruto and did not want him to win the elections.
