The Azimio One Kenya Alliance coalition deputy president candidate Hon Martha Wangari Karua was among the top leaders who accompanied the former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga for campaigns in Mt Kenya region ahead of the August general polls.
Talking in her Kikuyu language, the Narc Kenya party leader Hon Martha Karua said that the deputy president William Samoei Ruto has sensed defeat and that is why he is calling out president Uhuru's name and telling him to move away from succession politics. She left the crowd in cheers after she alleged that they are now ahead of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance team in different parts of the country and they remain optimistic to win the August general polls.
The vocal politician urged the crowd to continue supporting the Azimio train and back the former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga as the next head of state.
