Millicent Omanga Clears Air On What Ruto Said Concerning Commercial Sex Workers In Mtito Andei

After the deputy president Ruto made a decision to support the commercial sex workers in Kibwezi, Makueni county there have been a lot of reactions from Kenyans who have given their different opinions on the deputy president's remarks and decision to support such people. This has caused a national conversation that has invited the nominated senator Millicent omanga to intervene and clarify what the deputy president was meaning with such statements.

Taking to her facebook account, Omanga has said that the statements by the deputy president has brought and national discourse saying the following. "Deputy president's intention is to leave the sex workers from the bondage of the nature of their work so that they can start and run businesses that uplift their dignity and social well-being. I am delighted that his pronouncement in Kibwezi has ignited a national discourse". The nominated senator posted in his official Facebook account as shown in the screenshot below.
