Top city lawyer and flamboyant politician General Miguna has called out Raila Odinga's brother for the use of public funds for personal treatment overseas.
In a tweet shared through his official Twitter handle, Miguna said the following, "Oburu Odinga has traveled to India for knee replacement at the expense of the Kenyan's taxpayer's money. Many Kenyans are dying from starvation and inadequate medical care and medicines."

Further, Miguna sent a message to Kenyans expressing his wish for this year," Let us decapitate all dynasties this year."
