“I am Happier in DP Ruto’s UDA” What Anne Waiguru Said About Being in Jubilee and UDA

Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has come out to speak about her political life after joining Deputy President William Ruto.

Waiguru revealed that she is now free and happier after joining Ruto’s team saying she is no longer frustrated.

Speaking in an interview with Spice FM, Governor Waiguru said she is happy and more confident now that she has found a team she can count on.

“It is easier when you are in politics to be confident that you have the support base. Being in UDA by itself releases a lot of pressure. I am happier in UDA. Before we were going against the tide and it is always frustrating,” said Waiguru.

According to the governor, she was frustrated when she was in Jubilee because of the powerful politicians and the teams working with Jubilee.

Waiguru said it was not easy making decisions adding that she had to be careful of what she says since each team at times had different directions yet they were working together.

“I feel free and a lot happier. The other side it got frustrating because you have different people pulling in different directions. One has an agenda with their troops going another direction and they are powerful people. I felt restricted,” said Waiguru.
