Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka today represented himself at the Director of Criminal Investigations. He was accompanied by his legal team in order to honour the summons by DCI and clear his name regarding the grabbing of the land in Yatta farm. However, after his visit he was happy to say that his name was cleared and said that DCI found zero evidence of wrongdoing on his part.
He said that the lies have been exposed. Kalonzo stated that those who are presidential aspirants should do the same and have their names cleared. He told Kenyans not to vote leaders who free from corruption cases and never be wasted again by voting for leaders who are 'thieves'.
He gave a press statement that had the following details.
However, Ruto's camp has delivered an evidence regarding his statement. Dennis Itumbi claimed that, the "Hustler Nation agents are pointing out that the @DCI_Kenya letter clearing Kalonzo must be FAKE. NYS and Public Service Ministry wrote to the President in two letters about ownership of NYS Land. Clearly identifying KALONZO as one of the GRABBERS!"
