lnooro Radio Presenter by the name Zulu Thiong'o has thrown his heart into politics ring ,as he seems to replace the late Francis Munyua Waititu as the Juja member of parliament. The election is going to be conducted today on Tuesday my 18 under covid 19 protocols.
The radio presenter have been presenting himself and trying to sell his maniffestal to people of Juja. By asking them to vote for him in the today's by election. "Ladies and gentlemen, the great people of Juja constituency, my name is Zulu Thiong'o I wish to hereby offer myself for election as Juja Mp in the forthcoming by election as an independent candidate. I kindly ask for your support as we engage and hit the ground running to make Juja great, I wish you all the best as you make your final decision God bless you," Thiong'o wrote on his social Media accounts.
Before Zulu entered into politics, he had served as head of radio at Inooro fm for thirteen years. He began his tenure at the radio station in November 2007. Before his tenure at Inooro FM radio, Zulu Thiong'o was a presenter and program producer at Kameme FM radio for 2 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in literature from the Kenyatta University. Having joined the University in 1992 and graduated in 1996. He will be competing with other more than ten aspirants who also are vying For Juja Mp Seat, including the late MP's widow, Susan Njeri, who also wants to replace his late husband.
