The race and urge for the Orange Democratic Movement party to strengthen their political backyard in Mombasa has been very high as the country is heading to the General elections.

According to Daily Nation news reports, the Orange Democratic Movement party have already found the replacement of the late Mohammed Hatimy as they announced the appointment of Mohammed Khamis.

The newly elected chairperson will start overseeing the duties he has been given as from tomorrow with the party ready to maintain their supporters.

This is a brilliant move from the party as they are preparing to head into their Presidential flag bearer nominations which will he a tie between Raila Odinga, Hassan Joho and Jimmy Wanjigi.
