Hearing on Building Bridges initiative appeal Case commenced at Supreme Court where the correspondents will give Their submissions and finally the CJ Koome Led Team give Their verdict on 20th January.
Martha Karua and his team walked out of Court chambers after a decision was made to exclude 74th, 75th and 76th Respondents from giving their submission. They told that they should friends of the court rather than respondents.

The appellant Side through lawyer George oraro Argues that a Popular initiative starts when signatures have been approved by IEBC before proceeding to public participation and therefore it was conducted in line with laws of the land.
