William Kabogo Risks Serving a Six-Month Jail Over Ksh 3.4 Million Upaid Accident Damages

As the country welcomes new leadership, Kenyans have expressed hope that President William Ruto's regime will bring jubilation to it's citizens bearing in mind that the cost of living increased during the campaign period. In a statement delivered by Tv47, it has been established that Tujibebe Party leader risks serving a six-month jail over Ksh3.4 million upaid damages. Reports indicates that a Mombasa tout has moved to court seeking for Kabogo's judgement. Joseph Matano Makanga filed an application whose hearing has been scheduled for November 22 this year

According to reliable sources, Kabogo's vehicles knocked Matano down on August 6, 2009 leaving him with serious leg injuries which led to the amputation of his leg. The court ordered Kabogo to pay KSh1.8 million which has since grown to KSh3.4 million in interests
