The High Court claimed that the Head of State went against the law and constitution by being the initiator of BBI,a chance which is given to citizens of Kenya or MPS through the citizens.
As per the reports, former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, might chart his own way and path of survival, should BBI hit a rock and failed.
It is reported that if BBI fails, Raila Odinga will have no business with President Uhuru, since it was the Handshake that gave birth to BBI, which are now at the claws of the Judiciary, ready to be swallowed.
It is reported Raila will be forced to start new formations and create a team across the whole country. This will make his 2022 presidential bid stronger.
Already, the 2022 presidential hopefuls have already set their arrows at the State House, with DP Ruto leading the team,as he has been holding meetings to strengthen his political bases.
