Former Kiss FM presenter Felix Odiwuor alias Jalang'o says he will spend between Ksh30 million and Ksh40 million on his Lang'ata parliamentary campaign. He says the money will come from his friends and supporters, adding that the main challenge is facing the rich contestants. The money will cater to branding and merchandise purchases.

The money will help him to move to every single place in the constituency and articulate his issues. However, he stated that the budget keeps fluctuating on a daily basis given the dynamic nature of the economy and political season.

Jalang'o will have to face Nixon Korir of the UDA Party in the election. Jalang'o resigned from his well-paying job at Kiss 100 FM to pursue his political career.

Kenyans online reacted by wondering how he will recover the money if he loses the election or even if he wins, the salary won't be enough to recover the money used for one term.
