According to her recent post, she stated that on Tuesday she celebrated Mashujaa Day with John Mwangi from Kangema Constituency.￼(Courtesy photo)
Perhaps, she explained that John Mwangi Karanja and his mother have been under the care of the community who went an extra milw of putting up a decent habitable house. She added that despite humble background, Mwangi has been hailed by his Church Members, and the villagers as an outgoing man, very disciplined and hardworking. She confirmed that she celebrated him in a very special way.
She then said it is her resolve that she will celebrate one outstanding person in every sub-county within Murang'a County. To her, the person shall be their 'shujaa' who they shall Celebrate in a great way.Her post attracted several comments from Kenyans, majority of them applauded her for recognising the heros in the villages.
