It's a big blow for Ruto and a big win for Raila as Governor Alfred Mutua endorses ODM leader (Raila) over the second in command (Ruto) ahead of forthcoming elections.

From the video uploaded by Channel 7 News TV EA, Alfred Mutua said Raila is a better Presidential candidate compared to Ruto thereby urging Kenyans to vote wisely and not fall for Ruto's tricks.
