Parliamentary service commission of Kenya is one of independent commission in Kenya established under article 127 of the consititution of kenya to ensure smooth functioning of both houses of Parliament i.e. senate and national assembly,the parliamentary service commissioner advertised job of different cadres and later shortlisted the qualified candidate's.
Speaking to One of shortlisted said " am Tobias wanjala Murunga said ,"I was privileged to be shortlisted on parliamentary service commission as storeman cadre and later parliamentary service commission instructed us to have mandatory online matriculation examination (aptitude test) to determine who to be reshortlisted for oral interviews. Due to slow decision making of bureaucracy in Parliament which delayed employment process and later reshortlisted candidate's without giving out results of aptitude test or reasons why other candidates have missed on oral interviews discouraged us applicants ".
Parliamentary service commission shortlisted 92 qualified storeman cadre position but later reshortlisted 32 without giving out results to public .
