American and British influence on the Ruto case, according to attorney Danstan Omari, the Cabinet that will eventually serve as the foundation for presidential appointment. The constitutional lawyer claimed, in an exclusive interview with K24, that the previous administration, which was headed by President Uhuru Kenyatta and the leader of the ODM, was pro-China.
He contends that Kenya and China's connection at the time was mainly business and did not give much thought to who had what position or aptitude. According to the attorney, President William's new administration is pro-Western, US and British interests drive of the government.
He contends that many people will be shocked by the nominations that President William Ruto makes. He claims that because the US and the UK are supporting Ruto, he must choose members of the cabinet who are qualified and experienced, exactly like in Kibaki's administration.
"He must get people who when they go to the world Bank,they represent intergrity,they represent the country and they have the capacity and they can be able to be trued.A replica of the Kibaki government." Omari said.
