According to Junet Mohammed, he has informed that tomorrow as the Building Bridges Initiative Secretariat they are set to receive the Court of Appeal judgment where they will scrutinize the ruling and come up with the best decision on whether to file an appeal in the supreme court or not.
The BBI Co-Chair has informed that after the meeting they will have an informed decision on which way to go.
"It's too early to talk about what happens to the BBI National Secretariat. We are getting the written judgments on Monday. We will study the Judgment and make an informed decision on which way to go," Junet Mohammed has said.
The remarks from the BBI secretariat team come after the recent remark from Solicitor General Ken Ogeto who has informed that they will also be proceeding to the Supreme Court to ensure that they get an explanation of some of the counts accused against President Uhuru during the Court of Appeal ruling on BBI.
"I think the political process will continue with the politicians dealing with the politics We are of the strong view that we should go to the Supreme Court," Solicitor General Ken Ogeto said.
Jubilee Party has also informed that tomorrow[Monday] they are scheduled to give a comprehensive statement on the Court of Appeal decision.
