Viral Chips Vendor Bavalyne Kwamboka is in trouble a day after bitter exchange between her and nominated senator Millicent Omanga.

The KU student who has gone viral on social media pages through her Chips Mwitu vending business now faces eviction from her place of business.

Government through Kenya Urban Roads Authority, has warned Bavalyne Kwamboka against setting up business along the foot bridge.

Having gone viral on social media, KURA has now moved to issue a statement warning her against operating the business under Kware footbridge.

"This is unauthorised and an infringement to pedestrian rights, the footbridges and walkways are meant for pedestrian passage and not any form of business," reads an excerpt of the statement as seen by a local publication.

KURA does not allow traders to operate businesses along the footbridges other other infrastructures constructed by them, despite this, many tend not to follow such instructions and end up having issues with the authority.
