This week started with bad news especially to the Nyaribari chache residents due to the demise of the former member of Parliament Simeon Nyachae who worked in the Moi's government.Today I have decided to tell you something about Simeon Nyachae that you Could not be knowing.Simeon Nyachae was born in Nyaribari village kisii county on 6/2/1932.His father was a powerful Colonial chief, who used his influence to ensure that Nyachae became a great man in the community.Nyachae came from a polygamous family but he was his father's favorite child and that is why he ensured that Nyachae became a great man.Nyachae attended the mission education system during his early education.He joined seventy day adventist school in 1941 and later joined kereri school in 1947,in 1949 he joined kisii government school and later got a chance to be employed as district clerk in 1954.He served as a division officer in kangundo division.He was elected to parliament and served in Moi's government but later fell out with Moi and chose to join Ford Kenya after abandoning KANU.Nyachae has been a business man investing in Various businesses like agricultural business, manufacturing, transportation among other businesses.Rest in Peace Nyachae.
