"Peleka History Shule," Murkomen Told off After Using This Complex Terms Congratulating Nelson Havi

President of Law Society of Kenya Nelson Havi has continued to pronounce president Uhuru and Raila Odinga's efforts in the length of BBI as null and void.

He said that President Uhuru and the Former Prime minister have lost Kenyans through their attempted assault on the constitution. The president of LSK can't hide his joy from the genuine truth that the judiciary system managed to protect the constitution from assault.

Joining in celebration is Kipchumba Murkomen who has showered Nelson Havi with many a congratulatory message.

The Elgeyo Marakwet senator used big terms perfectly identifiable with the law domain. Among them, he recalled how they together talked over the concept of basic structure which means A judicial move that ensures the power of the amendment is not misused by the parliament.

The Eternity clause, on the other hand, offers up stop lines to constitution amendments.

He also talked about an unconstitutional constitutional amendment which is a judicial review more of a contradiction thesis that puzzle many a constitutionalist.

Kenyans have reacted to his admission as seen above, with one user telling him to take his complex doctrines to school.
