Former member of parliament of Ainabkoi and a personal assistant to the late Cabinet Minister Nicholas Biwott, Hon William Chepkut has been confirmed to have passed away today morning.
Several leaders have sent their condolences to the family during this hard time and we as well wish massive strength as the country continues to mourn him.
However speaking his his official twitter handle, ODM's Director of communication Philip Etale has opined that when the late cabinet minister Nicholas Biwott was down and needed a kidney transplant, one man stood by him by offering his kidney and therefore saved his life before his demise.
Etale has as well revealed how he knew the late Chepkut since his days of banding journalism.
" When the Hon Nicholas Biwott was down and needed a kidney transplant, one man stood out and STOOD by his boss. Yes Hon William Chepkut", he wrote.
Ruto has described the late Chepkut as astute politician who. was known as a person with humility and humour and served his people well through dedication.
Besides President William Ruto, Kipchumba Murkomen and Speaker Moses Wetangula have as well reacted to his sudden demise.
