As the elections are approaching it has become more clearer that Gideon Moi will be in the ballot running for the very much eyed presidential seat.
He has however not disclosed which political side he will support and a lot of parties are eyeing him as he comes with some of the rift valley votes.
This however may not be a smooth ride as alot of rift valley people have already pledged their loyalty to the deputy president. Most of them are hoping that the dp will ascend to the throne come next year.
Gideon Moi has a number of followers too in the rift and if he hopes to gain more of the votes in the rift valley he should not fight the dp instead focus on selling his agenda to the rift valley people. That way the will build trust in him.
At the moment the deputy president William Rutto stands a better shot in the rift because of his strong roots over the ears but anything could change between now and the elections.May the best man win.
