Few years ago, the government of Kenya approved the renaming of two public holidays in Kenya. The two holidays that were renamed in Kenya were Moi Day and Boxing Day. Moi Day was renamed to Huduma Day and Boxing Day was renamed to Utamaduni Day.

Huduma Day is always on 10th Of October every year and Utamaduni Day is always on 26th of December every year.

The government was announcing that the holiday will be pushed to Monday because 10th of October this year is on Sunday. Instead of the government writing that the holiday on the 10th of October will be Huduma Day, they wrote Utamaduni Day. This letter had Fred Matiang'i's name.
