Kirinyaga county constituents are among other Kenyans who seem to be smile for devolution outcomes. This is after the able county governor Hon. Anne Waiguru officially opened two other new markets ready for businessesKongoti Market.

However, something caught the attention of the members in the neighbouring county of Kitui who expressed their dissatisfaction with how their governor runs things. Unlike Governor Waiguru who boasts of doing eleven markets, Governor Charity Ngilu is accused of only building one which has not been completed. Check out the reactions.
