USA: Latest Updates on Presidential Elections

Ohio Attorney General has asked U.S. Supreme Court to overturn ruling that extended deadline for absentee ballots in Pennsylvania.

I think SCOTUS will throw this back to a lower court since it isn't a federal issue. I would think that each state has their own separate mandates unless it somehow violates a federal law.

"Nevada is turning out to be a cesspool of Fake Votes. @mschlapp & @AdamLaxalt are finding things that, when released, will be absolutely shocking!" Trump tweeted.

Mitch McConnell is joining many Republicans in refusing to acknowledge Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 election.

Dan Quayle, a Republican who was vice president to President George H.W. Bush when their ticket lost to Bill Clinton in 1992, said on Monday that it was time for President Trump to “move on” and accept the election results.

Based on McConnell's remarks, the leadership of the GOP does not view President Trump as defeated and will not address President-elect Biden as president-elect.
