New details by the Saturday Nation has put it clear that Deputy President William Ruto tiff with Governors happens while Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga is having popularity among the governor's.

This happens after Deputy President William Ruto was accused of intentionally failing to attending the National Devolution Conference that was held in Makueni County where he was supposed to close the event with a speech.
Deputy President William Ruto failed to attend the event that was composed of different Governors and leaders across the country. Instead Deputy President William Ruto organised his rallies that he has been claiming are not campaigns but investigating the government project.
It is reported that Governors have rejected Deputy President William Ruto's emissary from the event saying that he apology to be absent was just a political game.
