Anxious Mombasa ODM Gubernatorial Candidate Abdulswamed Nassir says he will move to court to have IEBC compelled to hold elections on 23rd August as earlier planned.

The IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati announced that the Mombasa and Kakamega gubernatorial elections were postponed until further notice since the IEBC staff have already denied to work for other polls, fearing that they might be harassed like the other day before presidential results were submitted.

Abdulswamed Nassir have been earger to have the polling day from the IEBC Council. However, he pledged to go to the court and address that issue so that the elections are held on 23rd August.

Furthermore, the residents of Mombasa and Kakamega are in suspense on how IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati insisted that the elections were postponed, despite the fact that most of them are yearning to have their leader.

Nassir is now planning to storm in for the court in order to be relieved from his anxiety.
