Today The Supreme Court has set some new days in which the BBI Petition case will be addressed. The President of the Supreme Court CJ Martha Koome has revealed that the cases will be heard for three consecutive days from the January 18th of 2022 to 20th January.
Among those people that filed petition include AG Paul Kihara versus David Ndii, Independent Electoral and Boundaries Comission versus Ndii among other petioners.
After the High Court Verdict that Building Bridges Initiative Bill was Unconstitutional, there are some proponents of BBI on which the petitioners filled were not rule the right way.
With the comeback of the BBI, it might a big blunder towards Raila's road to succeed Uhuru. This is because Raila may take his time concentrating on the Building Bridges Initiative abandoning his Azimio La Umoja campaigns in different regions. Ruto who is considered as the strong opponent to face Raila may find this as an opportune time to woe votes over Raila.
