President Uhuru on Wednesday made key changes in the government, which saw Kinuthia switched from Education to Sports Culture and Heritage.
While breaking his silence, Kinuthia has thanked President Uhuru Kenyatta for reconsidering him again.
He has humbly accepted the new role the President gave him.
"I begin by expressing gratitude to President Uhuru Kenyatta for/to the reassigned mandate, which I humbly accept with complemented enthusiasm, and as I transition into the new role of the same designation in the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Heritage - Government of Kenya," read his Facebook post in part.
He went further and thanked the President for believing in the youths by giving them opportunities to serve in the government ministries.
He has also promised to work hard and deliver to Kenyans.
