Popular Ugandan lawyer David Matsanga has hinted while speaking on tv47 alleging that the second in command of the republic of Kenya William Ruto cannot manage the republic of Kenya if elected as the 5th president. According to David Matsanga the deputy president of the republic of Kenya William Ruto will cause more chaos because he is just a young man learning how to lead a country.
David Matsanga is a supporter of president Uhuru Kenyatta and his handshake partner Raila Odinga. And has continue to show his support to the Jubilee administration. David Matsanga further alleged that in the past he was one of the leaders who opposed former prime minister Hon Raila Odinga, but this time he is with him for the 2022 Presidency.
"Ruto will not manage Kenya, he will cause more chaos as he is just a young man learning how to lead a country. I want to make it very clear that I once opposed Raila Odinga but this time I'm with him". Dr. David Matsanga said. Do you think that deputy president William Ruto is too young to lead Kenya as David Matsanga is alleging?
