Angry scene was witnessed from a little known Mavokho village, Bungoma county in the former Western province when resident demonstrated bitterly against release of Didmus Baraza, a murder suspect.
Conferming the incident the court registrar disclosed that the accused, a MP elect needs time to prepare for his swearing in which will take place in parliament building late this month. "He is supposed to deposit ten million shilling in court as bond." He said. "He is also banned from going to Bungoma." He added.
