Huge Crowds Turn Out After Kenya Kwanza Allies Storms Western Region [Photos]

Kenya next general election is less than 40 days away yet political unrest there is still on the rise. Deputy President William Ruto is reportedly doing everything in his power to succeed Uhuru Kenyatta on August 9. The head of the Azimio la Umoja Alliance and his primary political rival is Raila Odinga.

However Ruto allies from the Western Region are now more visible than ever before supporting Kenya Kwanza. Musalia Mudavadi the leader of the Amani National Congress party and Moses Wetangula the leader of the Ford Kenya Party invaded Malinya Market and Khwisero in Kakamega County today in an effort to fulfill the 70 percent pledge of Mulembe Nation votes.

The majority of the locals attended the Kenya Kwanza Rally. The large turnout demonstrated how Kenya Kwanza may benefit greatly from the areas. Ben Washila, Gladys Sholei, Senator Cleophas Malala, Caleb Kositany and other well-known politicians joined the event.
