The gap between the two frontrunners for President William Ruto and ODM party leader Raila Odinga is now starting to widen, according to preliminary results published by IEBC and reported by Nation Africa. Candidates (as of 6pm) still have 141,000 votes divided.
UDA's DP William Ruto currently leads with 50.19 percent or his 6,661,859 votes, according to information obtained by Nation Africa, the only news agency that counted the most polling stations. Raila Odinga follows closely. ODM he got 49.13% or 6,521,460 votes.
But the IEBC impose a Kenyan on the chairman an hour ago. Numerous leaders were elected to various seats in the general election held Wednesday.Kenyans wait for the IEBC to complete the tally of the presidential vote.The trending frontrunners race head-to-head for the state capitol.
