The One Kenya Alliance OKA principals have reportedly made a consultative meeting with leaders from Mt Kenya region ahead of the 2022 presidential race.
Gideon Moi, who is KANU boss detailed the party's ideology saying.
"Our ideology as KANU and OKA is simple, you should have control of your life and livelihood with minimal interference from government, and the obligation of the government is to look after the poor and marginalized and remove the burden that prevent us from prospering"
Wiper boss Hon Kalonzo Musyoka says OKA has zero tolerance for corruption and no Kenyan will be left behind. Kalonzo says he is still committed to a 24 hour economy as a solution to unemployment.
Businessman Peter Munga at the Mt. Kenya Foundation's meeting with OKA principals: "Those who are saying we are billionaires, may God hear your prayers."
Mudavadi, insighted that together we can change the destiny of our people. What we want to achieve is not a hustling nation but a thriving nation.
"I have challenged Kenyans to reflect on the leaders they want to put in power and examine whom among them can be trusted by the leadership of the country. We want to work towards having a leader who respects the rule of law and has the lives of every Kenyan at heart."
He thanked the Mt Kenya Foundation for the warm welcome and opportunity to present their ideas to them; "ideas that would make Kenya & not dismember it. I encourage such stakeholder dialogues by other groups so that at the end of the election there will be a stable One Kenya."
However, Abuka Makori, a social media influencer sees OKA's meeting in different angle. According to him, "at the end of it all, Kalonzo, Musalia Mudavadi, Gideon Moi and Wetangula will support Raila Odinga. It's important they continue consulting stakeholders at Safari Park Hotel. Raila will lead all of us to Canaan."
