"I requested my brothers and sisters in Mt Kenya counties not to read the BBI now. Read it around 2023 August. When youths in other counties will be funded for studies abroad, your children will be in the village. That is when you will see what BBI contained."
This is following the billboard capturing what Mt Kenya allegedly lost from the 'death' of BBI. In return, this landed Mp Kioni in trouble as evidence by their angered reactions captured below.Picture for illustrative purpose.
This attracted lots of reactions where different Kenyans gave different views and opinions as captured below.Picture for illustrative purpose.
*We went through school when no government funding was available. We only need a working government and nothing more.
*We don't care on those figures because the little you get cannot be seen, especially in your constituency.
*A large part of the BBI recommendations can still be implemented through parliamentary action. So there's no limitation now. Just that politicians want to play politics with Kenyans yet they still have the Parliamentary option.
