Deputy president William Ruto on Sunday was in Murang'a county the different functions including empowerment programmes for the youth especially those in the bodaboda sector.
Among the places he visited is the local village of former Gatanga constituency Member of Parliament Honourable David Murathe who is also the ruling party Jubilee Vice chairperson.
The deputy president received a heroic welcome with residents viewing to ensure that he ascends to the Presidential position after His Excellency president Uhuru Kenyatta retires next year.
