Bad News For IEBC Vice Chair Juliana Cherera As Her Move To Block This Action Flops Badly

Juliana Cherera is the current serving vice chair of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. She is remembered for leading other three IEBC Commissioners in boycotting the presidential results of the recently concluded hotly contested 2022 general elections which was narrowly and controversially won by president William Samoei Arap Ruto.

The IEBC Vice Chair Juliana Cherera has received bad news as her move to block the following action flopped. According to The Star Kenya, it is reported that IEBC Vice Chair Juliana Cherera's attempt to stop the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs from conducting any hearings seeking her removal from office flops. Juliana Cherera and the three other Commissioners have been summoned to appear on Thursday before the committee after four citizens forwarded motions in the Parliament for them to be thrown out of IEBC.
