For the past 17 hours, presidential candidate Jimmy Wanjigi has been hiding inside his Kwacha House.
According to sources police officers from the department of criminal investigation (DCI) invaded his residence ready to arrest him.
However, in a dramatic turn of events, Wanjigi went into Bunker where he has reportedly being staying in for the past few hours.
Police officers are yet to access the said bunker and have been forced to camp outside his house waiting for him to surrender.
Reason as to why detectives and anti terror police cops want to arrest Wanjigi still remain a mystery.
However, During a TV interview yesterday Wanjigi said he arrest was politically motivated after he made remarks supporting Kalonzo Musyoka during his Ukambani rally.
Earlier, police officers were involved in running battles with a number of Jimmy Wanjigi supporters who wanted to get into the compound.
Officers lobbied tear gas at the rowdy youths who scampered for safety.
