The Judiciary has recently been under threat after the executive led by president Uhuru Kenyatta defied the constitution.

With all the blame now on president Uhuru Kenyatta shoulders, top political analyst David Makali feels the head of state is not the man to be blamed.

According to analyst Makali, former prime minister Raila Odinga is the man to be blamed for the current mess being witnessed in the country.

He argued that Raila who is the leader of opposition has abdicated his role of keeping government in toes and instead has joined the same government in its misdeeds.

He said the opposition is currently being controlled by the executive and thus president Uhuru can now do anything he feels like without fear.

"Fact is, we're in this hole because a docile and mouthy sell-out of an Opposition that's supposed to check the government of the day has been compromised to abdicate its role and become a lapdog of the Executive and accessory to its misdeeds. @CordNasa @TheODMparty @WiperMovement" the analyst tweeted on Saturday morning.
