Today marked a special day has president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy met in Safari park Hotel in Nairobi during the prayer breakfast which was held by Parliament both the Upper and Lower house that is National Assembly and Senate. This comes after both side of political devide have declared presidential bid that Raila Odinga and William Ruto.
Deputy president seemed to be a cheerful man today despite his struggles with his boss president Uhuru Kenyatta. Ruto broke protocols when he took the podium where he invited Raila Odinga running mate Martha Karua to make her remarks, also he was interacting freely with Azimio La Umoja allies such as Kanini Kega.
Among those who graced the colourful event include the speakers of both houses that is Justin muturi and Kenneth Lusaka, chief justice and president of Supreme court of Kenya Martha Koome and the leaders of parliament: majority Leaders and chip whips among other guests.
