Mugutu Ward Member Of County Assembly (MCA) Pauline has ditched PNU party for United Democratic Alliance (UDA) allied to the Deputy President William Ruto. The Mugutu MCA was welcomed by Kiharu Member Of Parliament Hon Ndindi Nyoro and Mathira legislator Rigathi Gachagua. It's a major blow to the Jubilee Party which is in alliance with PNU party and a win to the Deputy President William Ruto in his bid to Succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2022.
While receiving the MCA Kiharu Member Of Parliament has described as a leader who is forthright and one with a bright future. The stampede of leaders from other parties to UDA that was predicted is already here just few months to the general elections. Majority of elected leaders from the Mt Kenya region have already decamped to the Deputy President William Ruto's UDA Party and are hoping against hope they will be re_elected with the party linked to the Deputy President William Ruto.
