Kimilili Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Didmus Barasa has pinned a heartfelt message of condolences to mourn the passing on of a great Western politician.
On his evening post, MP Barasa conveyed his symphaties following the demise of Nicholas Toywa known by his stage name as Tosana who actively contributed to the politics of Kimilili Constituency since 1997 to 2017.
"His quest to better the loves of the people of Kimilili made him attempt to represent them in the National Assembly from 1997 to 2017 although the efforts were futile," stated Barasa.
Barasa praised the late Tonywa as an astute educationist and a taxation guru who greatly contributed toward drafting of some chapters of the current Kenya Constituition.

"He was an astute educationist and a guru in matters Taxation, the current chapter on taxation within our Constituition was drafted by him as a lead expert," said Didmus Barasa.
