Jubilee is currently the ruling party in the country. The party is under the leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Dr. William Ruto who is the deputy president and the deputy party leader.
The Jubilee party has witnessed cracks in the recent days following the close association of deputy president Dr. William Ruto with a new political party known as United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party that is advocating for the hustler narrative.
Soy MP Hon. Caleb Kositany has revealed that the main cause of having cracks in Jubilee party is as a result of political brokers who joined the party after the 2017 general elections. Kositany who is the former deputy party secretary general added on saying the party is collapsing and dying quickly claiming it will be hard for the party to revamp back.
In conclusion, Kositany made the remarks after Jubilee party deputy secretary general Hon. Joshua Kuttuny said that the Jubilee party is laying enough strategy to come back strongly in preparation of the next year's general elections.
