President William Ruto has been advised to use caution when creating a panel to investigate the previous administration by Attorney General Justin Muturi.
According to Muturi, such a choice can have negative political and retaliatory effects.

The AG does admit that appointing a commission to look into Uhuru Kenyatta would be the best course of action.
