"President Ruto Must Be Careful Before Investigating Uhuru Kenyatta" Attorney General Advice Ruto

President William Ruto has been advised to use caution when creating a panel to investigate the previous administration by Attorney General Justin Muturi.

According to Muturi, such a choice can have negative political and retaliatory effects.

It's not a good idea to ask about Uhuru because, as the attorney general admits, the country's democracy is unstable.

The AG does admit that appointing a commission to look into Uhuru Kenyatta would be the best course of action.

On August 9's morning campaign trail, the president did, in fact, endorse the formation of an investigation commission.

Other Kenya Kwanza leaders, including Rigathi Gachagua, appear to have abandoned the philosophy they had been advancing.

Gachagua and Muturi agree, however, that law enforcement will have to deal with corrupt authorities. Dealing with the coup attempt by some leaders that occurred.
