This afternoon a witness has told the Muchelule led tribunal that Cherera 4 were Azimio agents disguised as a Commissioners. The witness explained that the call by the 4 IEBC Commissioners for the moderation of results was a clear testimony that the 4 were working on behalf of Azimio.
The 4 IEBC Commissioners are on trial to explain of what they know on matters the August 9th polls. The 4 have been accused of trying to committ a coup which was thwarted before it materialized.
Today is indeed a very tough day for the IEBC commissioners as details of how elections results and most particularly presidential results were interfered with by the four IEBC commissioners emerge.
The manager of the Yaya Apartments in Kilimani has now claimed that various Azimio leaders paid visits to these Commissioners at the hotel.
"The commissioners did not sign the booking but their security details are the ones who signed. We had asked two of them to sign the documents on behalf of the rest and did not want to spend much time at the reception. Two payments were done via M-Pesa and one in cash by Edwin Ogwe," he said.
