Azimio campaigns were taken to western region for a series of political rallies at Kakamega county with the aim of drumming up support for Raila's presidential bid as they ensure no stone is left unturned in the region. Western region is the homeground of Musalia Mudavadi who doubles up as the Kingpin of the region as well as Kenya Kwanza's principal. The campaigns were conducted by leaders from ODM which is an allied party to Azimio La Umoja One kenya coalition party. Dr Brian Lishenga who is aspiring to be the senator of kakamega county using Raila's ODM ticket led the team. He was accompanied by a host of leaders from ODM fraternity as they sell their Azimio gospel to hundreds of residents who attended their rally.The team was warmly received by hundreds of residents who turned out to grace their rally at Lurambi constituency as they accord them a heroic reception. They rallied suppport for Raila's candidature as they reveal to the residents his economic models to the residents. The team assured the residents that their administration under Raila's government will provide free health care to all the residents irrespective of their economic status through issuing of paid NHIF cards. They also drummed up support for ODM candidates vying for various seats in the county.
