On 14th June(Monday), President Uhuru Kenyatta hosted a delegation of political leaders from lower Eastern Counties including Kitui , Machakos and Makueni County in a bid to discuss issues partaining to their region's development progress.

It is in that context, President Uhuru Kenyatta opened up and claimed he isint willing nor ready to appoint the remaining 6 Judges asserting he was given the mandate through the constitution to choose what suits Kenya.

Few hours after the President's assertations, City Lawyer Donald Kipkorir took to his social media (Twitter) and shared his thoughts over the President's actions that tent to disregard Court.
"Our Constitution says President;
1. Is Head of State and Government.
2. Chief Executive of the Republic.
3. CIC KDF.
4. Chairman National Security Council.
5. Symbol of National Unity.
But how does he deliver on this mandate if he's countermanded everyday? " Tweeted Lawyer Donald Kipkorir.
According to Kipkorir's sentiments, the powers and duties entitled to President Uhuru Kenyatta are not exercised accordingly as the President is countermanded nearly everyday.
